"So dad I have some news."
"Oh. What's that?"
"We're going to try to have a baby."
*pause*
"Dad did you hear me?"
"Yes."
"What do you think?"
"I think you just declared your intention to have sex."
"Thanks dad."
"Her parents are going to be thrilled that the two of you are finally getting around to consummating the wedding."
"Thanks a lot dad."
"Anytime."
